Hopefully you’re having sun fun in the sun and appreciating all that you have.


For me, I took a short camping trip with my family out to big be3ar..


It’s crazy to think that after all these years, this was our FIRST camping trip as a family,  both my parents, my brother, and his gf, and my dog pito bean were there.


Even with all the anxiety from having too many backseat drivers in one car, this weekend is stamped in my heart as one of my most memorable events of my life. 


It’s nice being at this age with my parents where no one has to parent anymore, so we can all just relax and truly enjoy each other's company, and joke around. 


And my brother and I are in such a state of appreciation and gratefulness for the love that we all carry for each other…


This weekend was a much needed, beautiful experience for me..  


With everything going on in the world, it helped me keep my focus and attention on what I do have and what’s going really well for me.


With the supreme court overturning Roe vs. Wade, it can be easy to get stuck in feelings of anger, defeat, anxiety, and hold onto worries about the future of this country.


But I honestly think this decision is a reminder to us all:

That life is not fair

We will fail, and we will fail often

And  the only thing certain in this world is change


But if you're feeling defeated by this decision, don’t let a moment of defeat mean you’ve been defeated

If you choose to take a risk, and step up when times are the toughests, 

The work you put in today WILL change the world for the better, FOR the next generation. 


But first, you must acknowledge that MORE is possible


A moment of defeat does not mean you stop, 

All it means is you find another way. 


These are NOT the times that you lose hope. 

This is the time you accept the challenge, 

Accept the challenge of the unknown - it’s courage. 

Navigate unchartered territory 

And trust everything is happening for a reason. 

Hope is knowing everything is happening for a reason

Keep your hope and keep your courage. 

Hope is the spark of life that guides you

It gives you strength and it gives you courage to take the next step

The more you nurture hope, 

The most optimistic you feel, 


The more you will create positivity and joy, 

And what was once fearful will dissipate


Never give up. This is your time to step up.

Welcome to this mindfulness practice, as we focus on the quality of courage

 

 

ensure you're lying down or sitting in a peaceful and quiet place

 

 

Whether you're feeling defeated, weak, or courageous today, remember that there is very little difference between these states of being, as they all hold fear.

 

In those moments where you feel defeated or you feel like you have the least amount of power, it’s in those moments you gain your biggest insights and build yourself back up even stronger than before.

 

When things don't go as planned, and unexpected challenges surface, this sets off your true creativity,  Because you must tap further into your creative reserves to get you to the other side of the pits.

.

When others give up, learn to recognize,  these challenges are a necessary part of the creative process and your growth, which contributes to much appreciation to what's on the other side.

 

It is said that the coward listens to his fears and becomes frozen by them, and all controlled by them.

 

The courageous person puts them aside and pushes through or meanders around the obstacles and refuses to be ruled by dread.

 

 

Now enter unchartered territory.

 

 

Take a deep breath and forge your way ahead.

 

 

Accept the challenge of the unknown.

 

 

Accepting the challenge of the unknown is courage.

 

 

Accept your challenges again, again and again.

 

 

And then all that was fearful, will soon disappate.

 

observe the difficulties

intuitively sense the path to take

 

 

Allow change, welcome change.

 

Know that Change is as inevitable as it is transformational.

 

Courage paves the way for integrity.

 

 

Integrity paves the way for emotional intelligence.

 

 

Intelligence is curiosity.

 

Curiosity opens your world

 

 

Scan your body now,for any point in which you are holding tension, fatigue

 

 

Send softness, calm and harmony in the crown of the head

 

 

rest your hands beside you

 

 

your palms open in an attitude of giving and receiving.

 

 

Release the burden upon your shoulders

 

 

soften your eyes

above the eye

behind the eye

 

again, again and again

 

 

Focus upon your breath

 

 

as you breathe in notice that the body fills with energy

Allow it to flow through you

In your your entire being

Bring your breath from your head to your toes and back out into the ether.

 

 

Allow the breath to breathe you

 

 

as you find yourself more and more relaxed allowing your breathing to become deeper and deeper.

 

 

Until you feel at one with yourself with the spaciousness that surrounds you

the sounds that move by you

 

 

The rhythm of your heartbeat and the blood flowing through your veins

And you’re not engaging in daily mindset  practices such as gratitude, meditation, journaling, affirmations…you're missing out on taking your mind to the gym, which means you’re not fully prioritizing your health.


How we care for our minds affects how we experience life, so it’s important to invest time and care into keeping both our body and our mind healthy. 


Which is why I started the 5 AM club. 


The 5 AM club is an Instagram LIVE that takes place weekly, Monday - Friday at 5 AM PST.


I started this last week and I’ve been using this time  to do mindfulness practices for 30 minutes, and I invite you to do join the LIVE and do the same. 


This LIVE is an opportunity to support each other and be accountable to doing what is important to us , our health – Strengthening our mind, and cultivating our creativity. 


As a coach, I’m constantly preaching the value of implementing mindfulness practices into daily routines.However, I have recently been inconsistent with my own meditation and journaling practices.


As a result, I feel more distracted and less productive throughout my day, and i can feel small challenges expanding in my mind and body.


Now, I know what to do to fix the problem, and have more clarity, focus, and peace in my mind …. Most of us do…


But I’m sure most of you can relate, information is not enough to drive us to action. 


We need support and accountability, and Instagram LIVE  will give you just that!


It WILL give you support and accountability in creating new mindset practices that stick!.
